Nice tactical pen at an affordable price!
No need to spend $50 on a tactical pen. This pen is discreet, well made, durable, and writes very well in black ink. It is a great business man or women's pen although I believe the term is a gentlemen's pen. I like the cap that screws on and when in your shirt or pant pocket no one can tell that it is anything tactical. Has a very sleek design. Shipping was very fast!

Looks functional but is inconvenient if you plan on using all the time.
Its ok. I feel like it would have been nice if the cap would stay on the end of it better. You have to push hard and twist for it to hold on to the end of the pen, however if you bump it its falling off. So, it looks functional but for someone that works in an office, its very inconvenient and I just leave it in my pen cup instead of in my pocket.

In response to the seller's request for feedback, I am offering this reply. I purchased three of these tactical pens a few weeks ago. When they arrived, I immediately returned them. They are junk. Useless junk. The three pens were not the same size, not what was pictured on this site, they had the "Honeydew" label on the pen cap - something neither advertised nor wanted, and one of the pens (that were supposed to be black) had what appeared to be a replaced clip that was gray/unpainted, and it looked like it was purchased, used, returned, and rehabbed, then offered for sale again. Not a chance was I going to keep them. See attached pics... These pens are a cheap knock-off of a better brand....

This tactical pen is not what was delivered! What I received was a cheap knockoff (if that's possible). Was not delivered in a box, as shown, but wrapped in plastic.Not Satisfied and Will not suggest this to anyone.

THE tactical pen!
Perfect! I've ordered over $200.00 in tactical pens on Amazon the worst had tactical right in the name, a bogus "DNA catcher." and was non returnable. This however is the best. No gimicky light that comes on in your pocket too wear the batteries out, no funky non functioning tools you'll never use, the top is smooth and broad enough to rest your thumb on for the assault, it's grippy, the tip didn't fall out, it truly just looks like a pen when in the business mode as well as in the writing mode. The top does store on the pen unlike some others. Abd the biggest bonus, the refills are no crap brand name found at any store that carries pens. This is the pen! I ordered 4 it was the least expensive, I've paid as much as $26 for one tactical pen yet this IS the best one period!

BEST VALUE
For the price, this pen is perfect. The tip is pointed enough for self defense but not so pointed as to tear up a dress shirt. Looks like a plain pen, but could easily be deployed if needed. (Hopefully, never ...) The back of the pen can be held firmly with the thumb, without cutting one's own thumb up, like a different model would do. It is a little difficult to use as a pen, due to the need to unscrew the cap and put it on the back that is not a great fit. But considering all the needs for a tactical pen, this has become my favorite.

The one I received does not have the silver window-breaker tip, which I prefer actually. I'd hate to drop that on my phone and shatter the screen. Anyway, the whole pen is a black aluminum, and is entirely satisfactory, but not extraordinary. The worst part is the clip. It's thin and cheap, so I took it off. This is the least expensive tactical pen I've seen, but not the worst one I've seen, and therein lies the value.

Nice pen, writes well.
Very nice pen, writes beautifully. Also a nice weight, i.e. not too heavy for actually using to write with (it's lighter than some I've tried); however, the one issue I have with the pen is the screw on cap. This makes it fairly secure (the cap stays on pretty well) but for one spoiled with cheap throw away pens you can click on or off, this takes some effort. It also has fewer "grips" than what the picture shows (at least the pen I received), so is a bit more slippery than others I've tried. Would I buy again? You bet and as a tactical pen, in a pinch it should work well. Just hope I never really need it!
