This cover performs!
This cover has really done the job well to get the pool warmed up and ready for use. We live near the shoreline of Lake Michigan and our spring weather is always cool compared to locations in-land. Last year with the standard bubble cover provided by the pool manufacturer we struggled to see water temps above the high 70s. This year with the clear diamond cover we were already in the pool with above 80 degree water the first week of June! This has extended our season and provided "no shiver" enjoyment.I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons, neither are really negative. First, the cover was too large and required trimming to fit. We lost the sealed edge because of the cutting, but no big deal. Second, the cover is heavy compared to standard bubble covers. It is a bit difficult to roll and handle, especially with one person. Again, these are not negative issues, getting a too-big and too-heavily-made cover are fine, but they do cause some trade offs for us.

Solar BLANKET review. Highly recommended
Works great on our 22' above ground pool. Went with clear choice. Here in Maine, even in early July, the night temps dip into high 40's to low 50's. We cover the pool around 7pm with the water temp at 76 deg F... mid morning it's at around 70-72 deg F. Without the cover the pool would have been easily 66 deg F.I haven't left it on during the day yet, kids are in it constantly lol. But I am curious as to how it would work as a solar heating cover. It's definitely proving itself as a solar BLANKET. Don't get the two confused. I'll update as I try it out for hearing during the hot sun hours.

How to contact the manufacture? I see nothing on the product page?
How can I contact the Manufacture of the Solar Cover? Overall, I'm happy with the solar cover, but I removed the solar cover from the garage this year, and since I've placed the solar cover on the pool this year, I am finding Diamonds in my skimmer. I checked out the cover, and the bubbles are coming off. I can't imagine this is normal. When I had a cheap cover, with the round bubbles, they never came off. The Cheap Cover actually lasted longer.I purchased the cover in April of 2017, and when pol season is done, i hose it off, let it dry, and fold it up nicely, and then store in the garage until time to get back out.Anyone else have these issues or seen this before after a couple years of use?Any Ideas?

My pool neighbors are jealous!
I am so glad I bought this. I put it on Saturday after it was delivered. My water was 75 degrees in Southern Indiana. It was sunny and 88 degrees Saturday. I have a 28 round. It fit perfect with no overlap. I checked the pool Sunday at noon and the temp was 80 degrees. We took cover off and went swimming. Our neighbors on both sides had family over to swim but would not get in because they were still at 75 degrees! The cover is strong and durable. My son helped me put it on. I rolled it up by myself and on to pvc hooks I made for on side of pool to hold off ground. My son and daughter were able to roll it back on easily. This week is going to be sunny and 90 each day. By this weekend I hope it warms water to 86 plus.

A sturdy roof for my yurt
I am not using this product as intended. I am using it as a roof cover on my yurt(round, portable structure). It seems good and tough. After about a month, I see no signs of UV damage, though it is quite early for that. It has resisted falling branches, and has stayed tied in place through some windy weather. It is stretched over a conical roof, and simply tied in place with a rope wrapped around it about 8 inches from the edge. It is rigid enough that there seems to be no risk of it coming loose. It has a good base sheet thickness, and the bubbles are also rather thick, though only about half the thickness as the base sheet. I am hoping it will provide some insulation when the weather turns cold. I will use this until it fails. I have gave a feeling that may be some time. Well worth what I paid.

Failing after only 2 months
I do think this clear solar blanket heats the pool faster than a traditional blue one. However, after only 2 months of use the top layer is separating from the bubble layer and water is filling the pockets. I wanted to love this product, but I’m not at all happy with the lack of durability.Update: After having the cover for only 13 month and using it only 5 months it proceeded to get worse. I contacted the company, Save More On Pool Supplies. They said that the cover did have a warranty for the issues I was having. However, they wanted me to to pay a prorated price of $42.24 which is more than 1/2 of the original purchase price. They also demanded that I pay a shipping price of $16.86 and a handling fee of $5 for a total of $63.10! Beware of this flagrantly fraudulent company!

It's a nice quality but not sure it helps heat the pool
It's a nice quality but not sure it helps heat the pool. Our old one you could feel the water warm on top but not with this one.

Keeps the water warm!
We needed a new solar cover for our above-ground pool so purchased this clear one to try it out. So far it seems like it keeps the heat in overnight very well; our pool has stayed around 88-90 degrees almost all summer long. Last two summers it was struggling to reach 80 or above; could be warmer nights? Or maybe this cover is doing a better job? It’s heavier than our blue solar cover; we have always kept it folded up out of the sun while we’re swimming to try to make it last longer. Also keeps a lot of debris out of the pool. Very pleased with it so far.
