Relaxing and powerful and GREAT customer service!
Updated 7/8/2024:Had a wonderful experience with their customer service and wanted to share. During my last apartment move in June, the remote somehow got misplaced and since bending over to manually touch the buttons has been difficult due to injury, I thought I’d email and ask if they could send a replacement remote for the unit I purchased. And they did not only that but went well above and beyond and replaced my whole unit, not just the remote! Astounded by how much they aim to please their customers. We also have purchased another massager from them (enclosed foot massager) and love that one as well, and with this kind of customer service, we’ll be sure to keep this company and its products on our radar if we need other products. We’ve also let many of our house guests try out our massagers and they’ve all loved them, fighting over who gets to sit on the couch in the massager next. So if you’re looking for a solid line of massagers especially for (big) feet, this is a winner!———-We put this up on our recliner and use it while reading or watching tv, angled up. The knead settings can be a bit too much for my sensitive feet but I like to increase the air pressure. Sometimes even that pressure can be too much and can pinch. The heat isn’t very noticeable for quite a while unless you’re running back to back sessions. My partner also finds ways to squeeze his thighs in for a hamstring massage. It’s awkward to do arms though, so we only do feet, calves and maybe hamstrings. Taking a star off because we wanted more heat function but it’s not as strong as it could be. It’s also a bit pricey. But overall a decent massager.

Seems well built
Well this is my third foot massager from three different makers. The first one was not bad but I couldn’t really feel it on the toe areas, the second one was light and felt a bit cheap. I could barely feel the massage on high. Now this one. It’s quite large and the first one I didn’t need an extension cord. Well it started on low couldn’t feel it that much, went to medium and it got better, finally went to high and boy what a difference you could really get a good deep tissue massage, however it’s probably to tight for most people, at times a bit to much for me also. It hits the spots on my heel. Instep, ball of the foot and toes. I found it heated up nicely, but living in the desert during summer I would probably not use it much. I found the remote not they useful since you pretty much need to bend over an have it pointed to the front, that needs to be fixed. The noise is quite low no problems having a conversation or watching tv or listening to music. All in all not a bad unit but low and medium massage and pressure need to be ramped up a bit. Other thing is the area where your heels sit are not as comfortable as it should be there needs to be padding there and there’s not. I’m gonna keep this for awhile and decide if it’s a keeper or not. I hate to keep sending these back but if it’s not a good fit there’s no sense in keeping it.

Easy to Operate; Effective therapy
Remote is easy to operate; can start it and multi-task with games / tv. Wider design allows for varying leg widths. Tried others and this is the best of them!

works really well
I have owned several leg massagers over the years. Most don't last more than a year or two. One big problem is they are not built for men's legs. My heavy calves do not fit easily. This Model is different, it is wide enough for my larger legs and the pressure is provided by airbags rather than hard plastic plates that pinch and break eventually.

Not quite what I was hoping for
Overall, I think this device is well made and might work well for you, but in my case, it wasn't quite what I was looking for in a foot massager.Pros:+ Solidly constructed yet light and easy to lift and carry with the handle.+ Simple controls that are easy to learn and use.+ Has a generous length of power cord that doesn't have the transformer built into the plug end.+ Removable, washable foot liners are nice to keep thing sanitary.+ Heating function works well, and quicklyCons:- The massage functions weren't very effective for my feet. The heel rollers were more of an annoyance than helpful. The arch roller was decent, but I could never get it to hit the spots I wanted it to. The toe roller section was nice, but again I had trouble getting my foot into a spot where they were effective. I couldn't tell much difference between the three levels of intensity offered.- The air pressure function of this device was a bit schizophrenic. The first level seemed nearly non-existent, the second was noticeable, but didn't make much difference, but the third felt like an angry gorilla was trying to squeeze my foot into pulp. Just when I thought I could take no more and it would stop squeezing, the device seemed to take a breath and squeeze some more. Quite a difference for just one step up. As the popular meme goes, "That escalated quickly". It squeezed so hard I had a bruise on the bottom of my foot the next day.- Finally, I think the design of these types of massagers isn't for me since the foot wells are so close together, my legs naturally try to relax in a man-spreading way and the focus of the massaging action is on the outside edge of my feet instead of evenly spread. I had to hold my knees together using leg muscles (or some other contrived way), which defeats the purpose of a relaxing massage.
