It has its good days!
Works good removing soft windows caulking. Didn’t need it for grout removal but don’t think it would be sturdy enough to not break in some way trying to use it for hard tile grout removal. The straight edge blade not very useful because of how it is kept in place by just a small pin that gets dislodged easily.

Not for Grout.
Product is packed well and felt sturdy enough to remove old grout. However front blade supports broke after a few scrapes. Product useless now.
