Worked fine.
When I ordered them I knew they were too long. When I got them it was easy to cut off about a half inch of each one. I used a small serrated knife it worked perfectly. They are a perfect fit on the lamp and they work very well.

These covers look so much better than the 40 year old yellowed ones they replaced. The only reason I didn't give five stars is they had to be cut so I could screw in the light bulbs.

Didn't fit my medium base socket
I bought these to replace existing ones that had cracked badly. The sockets on my lamp are medium base, and these sleeves didn't fit my particular medium base sockets.

Measure precisely!
These didn't fit my lamp because I didn't measure precisely enough. There's very little difference between a tight fit and too small (about 1/16 inch). Instead of returning them, I made them do by slitting them top to bottom. That shouldn't be necessary if you measure precisely.

Chandelier Socket Covers
The original socket covers on the chandelier I restored had faded cardboard socket covers that yellowed. These replacement covers are thin but strong plastic that fit perfectly. I could not have ordered a better product for my project. Had to order six covers to get the five I needed but the price is right! Thank you.

It is a piece of junk.
I had to split the socket covers to make them fit. Total junk. Stay away.
