I received one with a defective on/off switch. Seller replaced immediately, to their credit. The new one works well, the hose is very flexible which is a real plus. It is not terribly high quality, but I am satisfied.

I have to sit more than standing in the shower as I give out of breath easily. The on and off capability with this hand held shower head is perfect for me, without any change to the water temperature like it is when turning water off and back on again. I would recommend for those that are disabled and for the care givers of those with disabilities.

This is used in our camper - so not a lot of use - but we have used and it works very well

I bought this for my 87 year old Mother that needed it to be able to take a shower while seating down on a portable bench in her bath/shower. It was perfect and very easy to install but most important it has given my Mother the independence and privacy she wants to have while taking her baths.

It sprays more powerful than a shower head that I have used. I did not know a shower head can make big difference until I used this. Strongly recommend for someone who is looking for powerful showerhead
