This product is great for if you need to charge or dock your switch while traveling. It also is great for if you want to replace your switch dock for something for the desk. I actually just use this for downstairs dock. It is about the size for my palm. It is pretty light and comes with one usb port, the type c port for charging, and one HDMI port. This one of the better dock you can have if you want to play on another television say at a hotel and not have to carry around your giant dock. This switch dock works pretty well and will ONLY work for the Nintendo switch and not the switch light. The two prongs at the bottom of this dock only fit a switch and not a lite. It is pretty much a simple push and plug. This does not work with cases on however so be aware of that. It is fitted to just a switch alone. It utilize the same type c plug as the switch and I would recommend using the Nintendo power brick if possible for best possible charging and playing. I mean I have had some success with other chargers but the best results I have seen is the charger that is provided with the switch. The stand is not adjustable unfortunately but does have grip on the bottom and can actually support the switch's weight pretty well. There is actually a button on the front that allows you to turn it into a normal charging dock or a dock to out put to the television. If it is green than it will be working with your TV and if it is off it will just work as a normal dock. This is great because you are able to use the onboard speakers and screen without having to disconnect the HDMI cable depending on how you are playing. It will charge while you are playing too (I made a mistake of thinking it didn't). The charge time varies based on if you are using a battery pack or the wall plug again use the Nintendo oem one if possible. It does not come with any cables or power bricks but it uses the standard type c plug. Overall this stand is great. It can give you the ability to charge while continuing to play games especially during traveling like airplane or bus. It also allows you to plug one of your USB devices into it and essentially use it as a mini dock for the television. It had great grip so your console will not slide off of the table. I would say it vents out pretty well to keep the device from overheating and note it will get warm during usage.

This product was the highest rated and reviewed one I've found, and even with the news of other third-party docks bricking Switches I took a chance and bought it. After using it for a bit I can definitely see why it's praised so well.1. The size is too perfect, like I didn't expect this to fit in the palm of my hand. Perfect size to throw in my bag or even a large pocket.2. They weren't lying about this product having the same firmware as the original dock. I've played for about an hour using it and it didn't brick my Switch at all. You do need to use the original AC Switch adapter with this to be sure it works properly, hence why I went ahead and bought a second AC Switch adapter as well. However you can buy any old HDMI cable and it'll connect to the TV fine.3. The Switch console itself does kind of wobble when you connect it to this dock, so you do have to be careful moving this thing around with the Switch connected to it.I'll update this review the more I use this item, but yeah so far excellent product and and happy to find a good 3rd party dock!

Works great when paired with the official charger, but when I packed it along for a trip up north is would not work despite using the same cables, it would only charge and not act as a dock. Imagine my surprise when I brought it back home and it started working again... My normal setup has it connected to my computer monitor and a 3.5mm audio cable running from the switch to my laptop as a line-in device. For some reason this dock, even with the official charger, would cause my switch to produce a noticeable buzz/hiss in its audio from the audio jack and through its HDMI when docked. Took me awhile to figure out this was the docks fault and not the cable or monitors. Once I found out It became very worrying considering the reports of 3rd party docks that brick their consoles. I'll be using the official dock from now on, even if its a chore to move it around.UPDATE:I initially did not pursue a replacement for my unit as I believed too much time had passed, but the seller reached out after presumably reading my review and offered to replace my item. I am happy to say that the replacement works great and as advertised! Would recommend!

Great product, so much small and easier to use then the original. Bought it for our second tv and it works great.
